Certificate of Establishment

Pursuant to the provisions of our decision M.Sh. 7564 dated 4/6/2000 approving the establishment of Al-Naqaa Company for the sale and purchase of foreign currencies with a capital of (3000000) three million dinars.

I, the Registrar of Companies, certify that the contract of the said company has been registered on the above date in accordance with the provisions of Article (21) of the Companies Law No. 21 of 1997.
